Origin As a young teen, Andre participated in a government top secret experiment. He and many others were told they were being tested for a cure for the command cold, but they were genetically  experimented on with alien DNA. After weels of testing, Andre was released. but was always monitored by the government. During a unearthly lightining storm, Andre was strucked by a powerful bolt of blue wnwergy which should have killed him but it hospitalize him for a year. Soon after that, his body begin to transform and that is how Captain Goodwill was born.

Known Super human powers Captain can abosorb all forms of energy and maniuplate it to simulate other power effects. In is transformed state he is invulnable to all forms of physical, hostal enviroment, toxins, porson, aging, dease and acid. He can manipulate gravitons to fly at speeds of 1000 mph. Captain can fire electro-magnictic energy from his body up to several miles in any or all directions. Captain powers are still developing  and has not reach his potental.
